Wellbeing Sessions for Erskine’s Frontline Staff

Wellbeing Sessions for Erskine’s Frontline Staff

We are very pleased to announce that Erskine has received a generous grant of £10,000 from the Workplace Wellbeing Fund to fund massage and wellbeing sessions for our frontline care staff.

This valuable project will run for nine months with regular sessions across all of Erskine’s homes. Therapists will deliver a range of massage activities tailored to the needs of each member of staff. The sessions will include hand massage, foot massage, neck and shoulder massage and aromatherapy materials. This project will have a positive impact to the wellbeing of hundreds of Erskine staff who are dedicated to providing sector-leading care and ensuring our elderly Veterans can enjoy the excellent quality of life that they all truly deserve.

Erskine is hugely grateful to the Workplace Wellbeing Fund for their support. The Fund is managed by Inspiring Scotland on behalf of the Scottish Government and supports projects to improve staff wellbeing across the Adult Social Work and Social Care sectors. The Fund is open for applications until July 29th 2022 via https://www.inspiringscotland.org.uk/workforce-wellbeing-fund-for-adult-social-work-and-social-care/.
