Lyndsay joined the Board of Erskine in 2019 and retired in 2022 following a career in NHS Human Resources, Workforce and Organisational Development.

Most recent roles include Director of Workforce for the Scottish Ambulance Service, Associate HR Director in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and working as an advisor to the Scottish Government Workforce Directorate.  She has also served as a non executive Trustee in the college, school and charitable sectors reflecting a lifelong commitment to developing educational and career opportunities for young people.

Lyndsay graduated from St Andrews University in 1985, initially training as History teacher before moving into the NHS through the graduate training scheme. Lyndsay is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
