Case Study: Harry Boyd, Volunteer
Harry Boyd has been volunteering in Erskine Mains three mornings a week for the past two and half years.
The volunteering positions available change all the time and where and what we need at the moment can be found by clicking on the link Volunteers Needed Now on the left of this page or by searching on the Volunteer Scotland Website by clicking here.
Most of the positions available within our homes will require you to be interviewed, provide details of two referees and undergo a Disclosure Scotland (PVG) check. It may be that the current opportunities do not suit you for whatever reason but if you have a particular skill or talent that you think would be useful for Erskine, we’d be happy to hear from you. However we can’t promise any position will be offered.
Our fundraising department utilises volunteers in many roles away from the homes and it may be that you would be able to help them in some way. If so they can be contacted at fundraising@erskine.org.uk
Our Fundraising Department are particularly looking for suitable persons to join local fundraising groups throughout the country but in particular Aberdeen, Balloch, Bridge of Weir, Glenrothes, Oban, and Wishaw. Further details are available here
