Karen Herron is the Head of Erskine's Speech and Language Therapy Department
The speech therapy we provide ranges from assessing and supporting residents with swallowing difficulties to providing therapy for residents with communication difficulties as a result of stroke, progressive neurological conditions or cognitive decline.
We run regular SONAS sessions, a lunch club and communication groups, as well as carrying out individual swallowing and language assessments.
